On the outskirts of Nairobi Kenya Is a forgotten valley where the poorest of the poor have lived for over 100 years… the Mathare Valley. Eastside in partnership with Missions of Hope International, and the churches of the valley have been fortunate to have touched the lives of thousands of children and their families for over 20 years. MOHI brings opportunity through education to children living in slum areas, and plants churches to offer hope in Jesus Christ to the whole community.  To date, MOHI serves over 25,000 children in schools and reaches families in dozens of churches countrywide.
