On July 7, we had to Ecuador. I'm so excited to bring the Gospel to them. This is trip is special to me for two reasons. First, I wrote a report on Ecuador when I was in fifth grade (silly reason, but real). Second, my sister- in- law is from Ecuador and goes there often.
God is directing my life. He has been calling me for years to go, but I had reasons why not. This year, I said, "yes!" I am excited to learn what He has in store for me.
I would appreciate your prayers as I prepare. First, pray that my mission will be clear, fruitful and draw me closer to God. Second, anxiety may creep in (it is an unwelcome burden for me). Third, and certainly not least, pray for Audrey. This is a long time for us to be separated. I go with her blessing, but with her new knee, a puppy and an aging dog, she will certainly need peace to manage it all.
