Philippines Outreach + Medical

Make a Difference in the Philippines! Eastside is partnering with TASA Cup of Hope to bring healing, hope, and the love of Jesus to the less fortunate children of Manila. These children—many victims of abuse, neglect, and human trafficking—some of them live on the streets, surviving by begging and struggling to meet their most basic needs.

TASA Cup of Hope provides food, basic medical, optical and dental care, and educational support. On this mission trip, our team will come alongside local healthcare workers to offer essential medical services and care directly to those in need.

We will also be partnering with several local churches to evangelize and serve in a nearby village, hosting a medical & optical clinic and sharing the Gospel by hosting an evangelistic crusades in a community that is hungry for hope.

We are especially looking for medical professionals to join our team and use your gifts to make a life-changing impact.

We are also encouraging some people who are passionate about sharing the gospel, going house to house to bring God's message to the people and supporting the team over-all. 

We welcome members of our creative arts team to join using our worship and production team for the crusades.

The trip will conclude with a time of rest and reflection on one of the Philippines’ beautiful tropical beaches—an opportunity to soak in the beauty of the country and all that God has done during the week.

This trip is more than what we can give—it's about experiencing God’s heart for the broken and returning transformed by His love in action.

This trip is physically moderate, and will likely contain mostly unpaved, uneven/hilly terrain, or lots of walking/stairs and/or medium lifting. Sometimes comfortable climate, maybe no A/C. Probably 3-4 of the following conditions–uncertainty, odd schedules, emotional stress, long or difficult travel days, culture shock, language barrier, jet lag, uncomfortable accommodations, unfamiliar food.
